When will I receive my first box?
If you join before the 20th, your first box ships that same month between the 25th–27th.
If you join after the 20th, your first box will ship the following month.
Example:
If you join on March 15, your box ships March 25–27.
If you join on March 22, your first box will ship in April.

When is last day to sign up?
Sign-ups close on the 20th of each month so we have enough time to prepare and ship the boxes.
If you join after the 20th, your membership will begin with the next month’s shipment.
Example: If you sign up after March 20, you will receive the April Seasonal Pantry box.
When do boxes ship?
Boxes ship between the 25th and 27th of each month.
All shipments are sent via USPS, and you will receive tracking information once your box ships.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can pause or cancel your membership at any time through your account before the next billing cycle.
