Return Policy

Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of the purchase or delivery date.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required for all returns.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Lost Packages: We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Include your order number and photos of the issue. If the return is approved, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Gift Returns
Gifts can be returned for store credit or exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value.
Final Sale Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Exchanges
Due to limited inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color:

Return the original item.

Choose store credit.

Repurchase your preferred item using that credit (if still in stock).
Damaged or Defective Items
We inspect every order with care, but if something arrives damaged or defective:
