Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 states within the U.S.

Orders ship from our store in Corning, NY via USPS or UPS.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

During peak seasons (holidays, sales), processing times may take longer than usual.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 for all orders under $60.

Free standard shipping is available for orders over $60.

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, often next-day shipping Monday through Friday.

Some items may require extra processing time due to size, weight, or special handling.

Delivery times typically range from 3 to 14 days, depending on location and carrier.

Please note, delivery dates are not guaranteed due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays.
Lost or Delayed Packages

Lost packages are rare and often resolve within 1–2 weeks.

Check with neighbors first, as packages are sometimes delivered nearby by mistake.

If missing, please contact USPS or UPS directly to file a claim with your tracking number.

We cannot issue refunds for delayed or lost packages before 14 days from shipment.
Stolen Packages

Please provide a safe, secure shipping address.

We are not responsible for stolen packages or those marked “delivered” but not received.

You must file theft claims directly with USPS or UPS.
Incorrect Shipping Address

Sudha’s Emporium is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

Reshipping to a corrected address will incur an additional shipping fee equal to our actual cost—even if the original order qualified for free shipping.
Shipping Damages

Shipping damage is rare but can occur.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days with photos of the damage.

We will issue a full refund or ship a replacement, subject to inventory availability.

Damages reported after 14 days cannot be accommodated.
Free Local Pickup

Orders placed online are generally ready for pickup within 2–4 hours if all products are in stock.

You will receive an email notification when your order is fully ready for pickup.

Monday & Tuesday: 10 AM – 2 PM

Wednesday through Saturday: 10 AM – 6 PM

Shipping Disclaimer
Once your package has been shipped and is in the hands of USPS or UPS, Sudha’s Emporium cannot control delivery timing or issues, including lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If you encounter problems, please file claims directly with the carrier. We do not replace or refund lost or stolen packages.
