Local Pickup (In-Store)
Orders placed online are typically ready for pickup within 2–4 hours, if all items are in stock. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Lost or Delayed Packages

Lost packages are rare and often resolve within 1–2 weeks

Please check with neighbors first, as packages are occasionally delivered nearby

If missing, please contact USPS or UPS directly to file a claim with your tracking number

We cannot issue refunds for delayed or lost packages before 14 days from shipment
Stolen Packages

Please provide a safe, secure shipping address

We are not responsible for stolen packages or those marked “delivered” but not received

You must file theft claims directly with USPS or UPS
Incorrect Shipping Address

Sudha’s Emporium is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

Reshipping to a corrected address will incur an additional shipping fee equal to our actual cost. This applies even if the original order qualified for free shipping
Shipping Damages
Shipping damage is rare but can occur:

Please report shipping damage within 14 days of delivery

Damage claims submitted after 14 days cannot be accommodated
Shipping Disclaimer
Once your package has been shipped and is in the hands of USPS or UPS, Sudha’s Emporium cannot control delivery timing or issues, including lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If you encounter problems, please file claims directly with the carrier. We do not replace or refund lost or stolen packages.
