Created with award-winning cheese makers Jasper Hill Farm, a fruity and naturally sweet preserve with a hint of orange citrus. Summer apricots are simmered with fresh, zesty oranges and wildflower honey and then whipped until super smooth so the jam embodies the luxurious texture of honey. Perfectly paired with washed rind cheese varieties such as Jasper Hill’s deliciously pungent and buttery Oma. Delicious served with roast duck or pork loin. Simply perfect served over vanilla ice cream or crème caramel.
