• A popular honeymoon destination, Da Lat is called the 'City of Eternal Spring' and its surroundings in Lam Dong Province are famous for coffee, cassia, and cocoa production due to the unique temperate climate. Made with Vietnamese Lam Dong cocoa nibs that impart a spicy flavor, this rub has a touch of coffee and star anise that makes it beautiful for rubbing on pork or beef, adding to noodle dishes (like pho) or even sprinkling over cut melon or ice cream. Features directly-sourced Vietnamese star anise, cassia and cacao nibs. • Chili powder is an American classic, coming in many styles. Ours is warm and rich, with mild heat and deep flavor. Perfect for bean chili, hash browns, spiced nuts or as a rub for meat. Turkish urfa chile adds a chocolatey, fruity note complimented by Cambodian long pepper (a relative of black pepper). Toasted cumin, ancho chile and Mexican oregano round out the party.
• Applewood Smoked Maine Sea Salt
• Tangy, bright, and rich. A major hit in the Spicewalla lineup. You'll find yourself eating it straight out of the tin, but resist eating it all! Leave some for the grilled chicken, dressings, and marinades.
• Smoked Spanish Paprika
• Smoked over applewood, this delightful coarse sea salt harvested from the chilly coastal waters of Maine adds a hint of Summer BBQ to dishes all year 'round. Mild and slightly sweet with a balanced smokiness, we love this on roasts, sliced tomatoes, or an easy baked potato!
• Chile Flakes
• This is the classic Italian red chile flake of your dreams, direct from our partner farm in Sicily.  Balanced medium heat and notes of tomato umami make this red ‘Calabrian style’ chile flake a versatile addition to your kitchen.  We love it on pizza, in pasta sauces, and grilled seafood.
