This is our Raspberry Jam Drop/Thumbprint Butter Cookie, an Unna Bakery classic. It’s a buttery and rich shortbread cookie filled with a sweet & tart raspberry jam. We bake them just just long enough for the butter and sugar to caramelize and get this golden colour that I like so much.

Made with real butter, never palm oil, soy or preservatives. Non-GMO, Kosher and Women-Owned Business certified.
