Aglio Olio e Peperoncino Mixed Spices (Mixed Spices for Pasta with Chilli Pepper, Garlic, and Parsley), is part of our special proposal of seasoning blends. This Mix brings all the fiery taste of chili pepper, the strong flavor of garlic, and the aromatic scent of parsley.

The name takes inspiration from a very popular Italian dish made with three simple ingredients that are commonly part of the average Italian pantry: pasta (usual spaghetti), garlic (aglio), olive oil (olio), and spicy red chili pepper (peperoncino). These three simple elements that simmered together create a unique mixture

• Directions
• Put 1 tablespoon of the content in a pan with 1/2 glass of warm water. Let it cook until the water is nearly finished. Put olive oil in the pan and let it cook at medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Then add tomato (fresh or sauce) and cook for 15-20 minutes. In the meantime cook the pasta. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Mix well together with some parmesan cheese.
